The Committee on Justice recommends the Parliament to adopt the Bill on Amendments to Clause 10 of the Law "On the High Council of Justice" (re Harmonization with the Law "On Judicial System and the Status of Judges)

The primary purpose of the bill (Reg. No. 8771) is to harmonize provisions of the Law "On High Council of Justice" with the Law "On Judicial System and the Status of Judges" regarding correct definition of a normative-legal act which regulates convention of the council of judges of Ukraine.

Namely, the bill amends part four of clause ten of the Law "On High Council of Justice" and replaces references to the Law "On Judicial Self-Government Bodies" with the references to the effective Law "On Judicial System and the Status of Judges."
